The price is better than united on the same flight. Unfortunately the website gives inconsistent information and is difficult to understand.

Booked a reasonable flight time on Alaska Airlines. Return via Newark a chore, but price made it worthwhile to book using this app.

I gave you a 1.5 difficult to use rating when I was frustrated trying to navigate through my reservation. Then I followed up by calling customer service and resolved the issue. Wait times were somewhat long (but not longer than the airlines) and now that I have completed my travel I’d like to upgrade my rating to very good. Your system is somewhat different to navigate than booking directly with the airlines but the savings were definitely worth it. I plan to book flights with you again. Thanks!
