I couldn't find an answer to my question about the fees, it's not clear because what separates 1 Carry on from your personal bag? If the personal bag is a purse? Or if you only have 1 Carry one you must pay for that? It's like the airline is nickle and diming it's customers.

I appreciate the wheelchair services very much.
I am very disappointed, however, that airlines charge for selection of seats, for luggage (I can understand the weight allowances).
